## Refund Policy
At VaseVogue, we prioritize your satisfaction. We stand behind the quality of our vases and we want you to love them as much as we do. But we also understand that things don’t always go as planned. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
### Conditions for Refunds:
1. **Damaged Product:** If the product you receive is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Email us at contact@vase4you.com with a detailed description of the damage and photographs for verification.
2. **Product Not as Described:** If you feel that the product you received does not match its description on https://vase4you.com, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will need a detailed explanation and, where possible, photographs for our records.
3. **Change of Mind:** If you simply change your mind, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
### Refund Process:
To initiate a refund, please follow the steps below:
1. Send an email to contact@vase4you.com specifying your order number, product details, the reason for return, and any photos or documentation as necessary.
2. Upon receipt of your email, we will assess your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
3. If your refund request is approved, you will be provided with return instructions.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
### Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@vase4you.com.
### Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
